👊🏻What do you do on bad days?

Do you want to feel like a b*tch today? Do you want to know that you could but you didn't?

The alarm goes off, and you haven't slept very well, the bed is comfortable, and you start negotiating with yourself, you want to hit that snooze button and go back to your dreams, instead of waking up and making your dreams come true.

You guys should start accepting a harsh truth, motivation is temporal.

One day you could watch one of my motivational videos, or get inspired but someone else, and then you feel some burning inside, you believe that now you will be able to do it, that it is the right time, and you work hard for some hours, days, or even weeks.

But, motivation is like a spark to a fire, if you have it, it’s perfect, but the most important thing you need, to achieve your goals and to stay relentless is discipline.

Because if you only take action when you are motivated, if you have to wait for motivation to work, study or train you won’t progress much.

So, on those days when you don’t feel like doing what you’re supposed to do, you’re lacking motivation, but just do the thing, keep going, and remember why you are doing it.

You can build discipline by doing things you don’t want to do, waking up tired and wanting to hit that snooze button? Don’t do it.

You don’t want to make your bed? Do it.

Getting into the shower and wanting a nice and comfortable hot water? Take the cold one.

Don’t want to work and keep procrastinating? Just do your work.

It’s simple but not easy, it’s about your choices, but remember that those days when you don’t feel like are the days that make the difference.

Because everyone can do it when they feel energized and motivated, but a true warrior will embrace the suck and do it every single day.

So do the hard work, specially on those days when you lack motivation, and don’t feel like it.
