😴Should you take rest days?

Many of you commented that rest days are essential for muscle growth, and you are right.

But the video emphasizes more than just the physical aspect of training; it's about cultivating a mindset that refuses to give in easily.

It's about adopting the “keep going” mentality, a relentless pursuit of your goals with unwavering determination.

As Goggins said on Joe Rogan’s podcast:

“It’s not time for soft shit man, this is ain’t the fucking playground. Don’t come on my Instagram, Facebook or Twitter talking some bullshit. Come on. If you want to join the community and get hard, and see what you are about, don’t talk about rest. You know, how you do this? NO, let’s fucking stop thinking so much, and let’s put the shoes on and get grinding.”

Yeah, I acknowledge the importance of rest days for recovery. But there are moments when the burning desire to achieve your dreams propels you forward, where you find yourself in a state of flow with your goal as the only focus.

In those instances, it's crucial to recognize that relentlessness and the ability to persevere can lead to extraordinary outcomes.

Remember, as you take a moment to recharge, someone out there is putting in the hard work. The world is competitive, you know?

You might think that balance is key, and it is, but when you want to achieve big, when you want to make your dreams come true, you don’t stop and keep going after it without looking back nor overthinking.

Strive for greatness, stay on track, and work hard. Don't stop when you're tired; stop when you're done.
