Which type of pain do you prefer?
What pain do you prefer? The pain of regret or the pain of the discipline.
Do you want to know that you could, but you didn’t?
I am going to tell you guys, when you don’t to do something, and you end up doing it, you feel invincible.
For example, you set a goal to go running 5 days a week. When Friday comes your shins hurt, your legs hurt, the bed is comfy, it is cold outside, and initially you decide to stay at home.
You start trying to reason that you should stay at home, because you need rest, you’re tired, your whole body hurts, blah blah blah.
But at the same time, something in your mind is constantly telling that you should go running, it tells you that you are not good enough, that you’re getting softer.
And I am telling you guys, if you choose the hard path, doing the thing you didn’t want to do, feeling the pain of discipline will be much greater than the pain of remorse.
